We believe that AI can be used to drive innovation and growth, but only if it’s used responsibly and securely. That’s why we’ve developed our AI Responsible Use Policy, which outlines our commitment to keep your business’s private data secure while unlocking the potential of AI.
Our Generative AI Commitment
NO use of any AI app for client work without prior app approval from the Mod Op AI Council.
NO entry of private company or client, assets, or information into any generative AI tool except:
- Apps built by Mod Op on the Mod Engine platform.
- Apps specifically approved by the Mod Op AI Council for use with client data.
NO use of images, audio or videos generated with AI in client deliverables except:
- For concept, pre-production and pre-visualization work.
- With explicit client and account team approval.
YES we will be curious and innovative.
YES we will be cautious, practical and judicious.
YES we will be accountable.

Always check for bias in AI-generated outputs.
AI is a tool, not a replacement. Learn to use it, dont let it use you.

AI Council
Mod Op's AI Council is a cross-functional team of agency leaders focused on driving responsible and transparent AI use across Mod Op. The council is responsible for providing guidance and training on AI use, as well as developing and evolving our AI processes and policies.
AI Practice Group
Mod Op's AI Practice Group is responsible for scaling the adoption of AI across Mod Op. They work closely with our clients and agency teams to understand their needs and works to develop processes and plans to integrate AI tools and capabilities into their workflows.
